Delifrance Singapore eCommerce Rollout to Deliver Seamless O2O Experience

Délifrance is a French café chain with over 30 years of presence in Singapore and around Asia. As the catering demand for their pastries and confectionery grew for events and parties, Délifrance Singapore saw an opportunity in the eCommerce space to grow their business.

Solution

MONI provided consultation and the design and development of platform to bring the brand onto eCommerce to allow seamless ordering for event catering. Délifrance had complex product offerings, such as for different group servings, bundle sets, and drinks add-ons.

As such, the Magento platform was chosen for is highly customisable features and scalability. From strategy and planning, user experience, to end-to-end development, MONI leveraged the Magento Commerce framework to deliver a functional and seamless online shopping experience.

As the orders and customers grew, MONI worked with Délifrance across the years to continuously deliver new capabilities and functions to the eCommerce store.

Customised Delivery Module

The delivery schedule needed customisation in order to fit to the Délifrance food delivery team’s schedules. A customised delivery module was built to allow Délifrance manage the increasing number of orders and match with their fulfilment capabilities.

Seamless O2O Experience

Customers can select to pick up their order at specific outlets across Singapore or to receive delivery to home. They can also conveniently select the pick up dates and time – which is aligned with the Delifrance team’s availability of each individual outlet.

On top of purchasing online, visitors can also download instore voucher through the online store to redeem at the Délifrance outlets.
