Marriott, a global hospitality brand, appointed Monimedia, in partnership with Jack Morton, to create an Asia-wide online platform to support the launch of their Marriott Rewards Program, spanning across 4,000+ Marriott brand hotels worldwide.
With an impressive line-up of over 40 member benefits, spanning over three tiers of Elite membership, Monimedia was faced with structuring a platform that ensured distinct navigation with excellent user experience. Furthermore, it was essential the website was mobile friendly to cater to an audience of international travellers.
Monimedia created the entire digital experience from start to finish, from customer journey mapping, creative and art direction, to full development services. Using the Drupal platform, Monimedia was able to ensure both the user as well as administrators had a seamless user experience.
