Intercontinental Singapore

Intercontinental Hotel Group, an international hotel brand, partnered with Monimedia to design, create and develop an elevated online experience for their Singapore market to ultimately increase room bookings and customer engagement.

With room bookings as its main ROI, Intercontinental Singapore needed an appealing hotel website that fully encompassed the brand and attracted customers to book their stay at Intercontinental Singapore.  Furthermore, Interconentinental Singapore wanted to simplify the guest online booking process to only a few clicks. 

Monimedia used the Drupal framework to develop the hotel website. Inbound traffic was improved with Drupal’s powerful core SEO capabilities, which highly contributed to increase room bookings. Furthermore, the booking process was simplified for a more efficient customer experience. Ultimately, Monimedia was able to increase conversions, as well as improve the brand's organisational and marketing capabilities.
