Goldheart Jewelry, one of the largest jewellery chains in Singapore, appointed Monimedia to bring their brand online by designing and implement an Asia-wide e-boutique.
Goldheart recognized the need to expand the offering of its products to online customers, while maintaining a standard of luxury and excellence. In order to facilitate cross-border sales throughout Asia, the online store needed the ability to handle complex pricing and promotional rules, as well as legal requirements on product taxing.
Monimedia helped develop Goldheart's first eCommerce site on the Magento 1.9 Enterprise framework. The online store acted as a product catalogue for over 100,000 SKUs. Furthermore, Monimedia implemented unique features such as “View in Store” and "Enquire Size" functions, both which significantly contributed to increased in-store footfall and conversions.
