Royal Copenhagen, a Danish brand of luxury porcelain homeware, partnered with Monimedia to design an Asia-wide online experience to accelerate the brand’s growth in the region through an online store.
Monimedia developed the online store using the Magento framework and localised the online experience for four different countries (Japan, Taiwan, Korea and Hong Kong). A key focus of the online store was to ensure the design of the store exhibited clean & elegant visual design, in line with Royal Copenhagen’s luxurious branding. Additionally, the online store encompassed highly functional navigation and usability design for a streamlined e-commerce customer experience.
Monimedia helped the brand transform their online customer experience, as well as drive the online store to achieve double-digit sales growth across all four markets and increased the brand’s overall regional brand equity.
